Security-fix rollback via missing boot-entry authorization

Authentication bypass in affected Fedora CoreOS 36 releases allows physically proximate attackers to boot an older OSTree deployment. Generated non-default boot-loader entries omit the grub_users setting that makes GRUB enforce the configured password. Access to the GRUB menu and an enabled bootloader password are required; exploitation rolls the host back to code lacking subsequently applied security fixes.
