Database disclosure via injectable stockout identifier
Published Aug 28, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in Ingredients Stock Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database data through the Id parameter. The manage_stockout.php endpoint treats a crafted Id value as SQL syntax and exposes predicate results through distinguishable responses. A valid management account is required, and the demonstrated Boolean oracle reveals database metadata; broader data modification was not shown.
