Authenticated database disclosure via injectable id parameter
Published Aug 25, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in Ingredients Stock Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database data via a crafted id parameter. At /stocks/manage_stockin.php, the id parameter accepts appended SQL predicates, and response differences expose whether a guessed database-name length is correct. A valid application session is required, and the demonstrated consequence is Boolean-based database disclosure rather than proven command execution.
