Memory consumption via unreleased avcC atom allocations

Memory leakage in Bento4 1.6.0-639 and earlier allows local users to consume process memory by giving mp4edit a crafted MP4 file. When the malformed avcC atom reaches AP4_AvccAtom::Create, the parser leaves its newly allocated atom graph unreleased; LeakSanitizer records 6,486 bytes across 58 allocations. A user or file-processing workflow must invoke mp4edit on the file, and the demonstrated consequence is per-invocation memory consumption rather than code execution.
