Authenticated RCE via unrestricted PHP upload
Published Sep 14, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Remote code execution in Garage Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code via file upload. The add-parts upload function accepts PHP files without filtering, allowing a PHP reverse shell to be stored and invoked by the web server. Authentication is required, and successful exploitation gives the attacker command execution with the web server account's privileges.
