Reflected XSS via unsanitized redirect parameter
Published Dec 26, 2022 · Updated Apr 14, 2025
Reflected XSS in Adiscon Password Manager for IIS 2.0 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser via ResultURL. PasswordManager.dll places an attacker-controlled redirect value into its response without neutralizing executable script markup. Exploitation requires user interaction with a crafted password-change request; the script runs in the Password Manager origin and can read or alter browser-accessible data.
