Guest VM crash via unchecked config callback

NULL pointer dereference in xhyve commit dfbe09b allows guest OS users to crash the guest VM process through a crafted config read. The pci_virtio_rnd device registers vc_cfgread as NULL, but vi_pci_read invokes the callback without checking it when the guest requests configuration data. Guest control of a VM with the VirtIO entropy device is required, and exploitation interrupts only that VM process.
