Guest-triggered host crash via unchecked Rocker TLVs

NULL pointer dereference in QEMU 7.0.0 and earlier allows guest OS users to crash the host through a malformed Rocker command. The of_dpa_cmd_add_l2_flood function trusts rocker_tlv_parse_nested output and dereferences a missing group-ID TLV pointer instead of rejecting malformed data. The Rocker device must be explicitly configured and reachable from a guest; QEMU maintainers dispute security treatment because Rocker is intended for trusted development environments.
