Process crash via unchecked sample description

Null pointer dereference in Bento4 1.6.0-639 and earlier allows attackers to crash mp4fragment with a crafted MP4 file. AP4_StsdAtom dereferences the unchecked value returned by GetSampleDescription while constructing the sample-description atom. Processing the file with mp4fragment is required, and the resulting null read terminates that process without reported data exposure or modification.
