Unauthenticated network reset via setMAC

Missing authentication in D-Link DIR-816 firmware 1.10CNB04 allows remote attackers to reset the network via /goform/setMAC. The setMAC handler reaches initInternet without authentication and resets networking, causing the local area network to stop serving. Any remote attacker able to reach the router's HTTP interface can trigger a service interruption; confidentiality and integrity impacts are not reported.
