Memory corruption via unchecked strncpy copy

A buffer overflow in fileaccess.cgi in D-Link DAP-1650 firmware 1.04 allows remote attackers to corrupt process memory via network requests. The CGI program passes request-controlled data to strncpy without ensuring that the destination buffer can hold the requested copy. No authentication or user interaction is required, but public sources do not identify the affected request parameter or document a demonstrated post-overflow outcome.
