Browser script execution via unneutralized co_do.php parameters
Published Sep 1, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Cross-site scripting in DedeCMS 5.7.97 allows remote attackers to execute script in another user's browser via crafted co_do.php parameters. The co_do.php endpoint fails to neutralize the dopost, rpok, and aid values before using them in web output. Exploitation requires a user to load the crafted response, after which the script runs in that user's DedeCMS origin and can read or modify browser-accessible data.
