CSRF in WellCMS 2.2.0 allows remote attackers to create administrator accounts by inducing an authenticated administrator to submit a request. The reported Background > manage users > create users workflow processes the forged user-creation request without disclosed anti-CSRF validation. Exploitation requires an administrator's active authenticated browser session and results in a new administrator account.
