Remote code execution via unbounded sscanf conversion

Stack-based buffer overflow in H3C GR-1200W MiniGRW1A0V100R006 allows remote attackers to execute code through a crafted HTTP request. The addactionlist handler passes the attacker-controlled param field to sscanf with an unbounded %[^;] conversion into the fixed-size V44 stack buffer. Network access to the management endpoint is sufficient; a successful payload can restart the process or obtain a root shell.
