Root shell access via unbounded sscanf conversion

Stack overflow in H3C GR-1200W MiniGRW1A0V100R006 and earlier allows remote attackers to obtain a root shell via a crafted HTTP request. The edditactionlist handler parses the param field with an unbounded sscanf %[^;] conversion, allowing data longer than the V44 stack buffer to overwrite adjacent memory. Network access to the web interface is sufficient; successful exploitation grants root control, while a simpler oversized payload can restart the affected process.
