Unauthenticated code execution via unbounded sscanf conversion

Stack overflow in edditactionlist in H3C Magic NX18 Plus NX18PV100R003 allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted param value. The function passes the param field to sscanf with an unbounded %[^,] conversion, allowing input longer than the V33 stack buffer to overwrite adjacent memory. A POST to /goform/aspForm reaches the flaw without authorization; the published test demonstrates a process restart and reports a stable root shell.
