Root code execution via unbounded parameter parsing

Stack-based buffer overflow in H3C Magic NX18 Plus NX18PV100R003 allows remote attackers to execute code as root via a crafted HTTP request. EditMacList passes the attacker-controlled param field to sscanf with an unbounded %[^;] conversion, overwriting the fixed-size V23 stack buffer. Unauthenticated network reachability to the router's HTTP management endpoint is sufficient; the published test demonstrates a process restart, while the report also documents stable root-shell execution.
