Authenticated command execution via unfiltered username parameter

OS command injection in TOTOLINK A720R 4.1.5cu.532_B20210610 allows local users to execute arbitrary commands through username. The cstecgi.cgi handler inserts the unfiltered username value into OpenVPN certificate command strings, allowing shell metacharacters to add attacker-selected commands. Low-privileged access is required, and successful exploitation runs commands with the CGI process's permissions.
