Command injection in TOTOLink A3600R 4.1.2cu.5182_B20201102 allows attackers to execute arbitrary OS commands via the username parameter. The cstecgi handler inserts the unfiltered value into command strings containing openvpn cert build_user and gz, enabling shell metacharacter injection. Reachability requires access to the router web interface; published material does not establish whether authentication is required or identify the command process privileges.
