Arbitrary token inflation via ambiguous coin fields

Input-validation failure in Chia Network CAT1 Standard 1.0.0 allows attackers to inflate CAT1 tokens through crafted coin spends. The coin-ID calculation concatenates the parent coin ID, puzzle hash, and amount without enforcing fixed field lengths, so shifting the puzzle-hash boundary changes the represented amount. Any holder of any amount of a CAT1 token can create an arbitrary supply, flooding and devaluing that asset; the transaction remains auditable on-chain.
