Local arbitrary file deletion via privileged Temp writes

Arbitrary file deletion in ASUS System Control Interface 3 before 3.1.5.0 allows local users to delete privileged files on Windows. AsusSoftwareManager.exe writes a local user's data into the Temp directory and uses its SYSTEM context to delete a more privileged file. Local access with high privileges is required; the bounded consequence is deletion of a file under SYSTEM authority.
