Unauthenticated API access via retained thread-local credentials

Authentication bypass in ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus 11020 through 11022 allows remote attackers to execute V3 API operations. The V3 API fails to clear a previously authenticated user's credentials from thread-local storage after an API call, so later unauthenticated requests inherit that identity. Access to the network-facing API is sufficient, and the resulting requests can perform any V3 API operation as the prior user.
