Local btmon crash via premature library unload

Denial of service in BlueZ btmon allows local users to crash the monitor process when initializing the J-Link RTT backend. The jlink_init function calls dlclose after resolving J-Link symbols, unloading a shared library whose symbols remain in use. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access, a J-Link RTT setup, and invocation of btmon's J-Link option; the bounded consequence is a btmon crash.
