Memory disclosure via unchecked TCP offset

Improper offset validation in Siemens LOGO! 8 BM and SIPLUS variants allows remote attackers to read device memory via TCP packets. A device method accepts an attacker-controlled offset from a TCP packet without checking that the requested position stays within the intended memory region. Siemens does not identify the method; no authentication or user interaction is required, and the reported consequence is read-only disclosure.
