Authenticated script execution via unsanitized page content
Published Aug 1, 2022 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored XSS in ideasToCode Enable SVG, WebP, and ICO Upload 1.0.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject web scripts. The plugin persists author-supplied content without sufficient input sanitization and later renders it without adequate output escaping. Author-level access is required, and the injected script executes when another user opens the affected page, permitting page-content changes in that user's browser.
