Application hang via zero-byte MKV parsing

Infinite loop in file-type 13.0.0 through 16.5.3 and 17.0.0 through 17.1.2 allows remote attackers to hang applications via malformed MKV files. The FileTypeParser EBML variable-length integer loop right-shifts its bit mask until a set bit appears, but a zero leading byte reduces the mask to zero and leaves the loop unable to exit. Any service that passes attacker-controlled MKV content to the detector can block its Node.js event loop, interrupting application service.
