Root command execution via ActiveBank injection

OS command injection in Airspan AirVelocity 1500 before 15.18.00.2511 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as root. The recoverySubmit.cgi handler passes the ActiveBank form value to a root-level command without neutralizing shell metacharacters and returns command output in the HTTP response. Access to the eNodeB web management UI and valid credentials are required, after which arbitrary commands run with complete device privileges.
