Local service interruption via leaked cookie references

A memory leak in Linux Kernel 5.19 through 5.19.3 allows local users to exhaust kernel memory through FS-Cache invalidation. The fscache_invalidate() path acquires an access reference for a cache cookie, but an already-running or failed invalidation can return without releasing that reference. Repeated invalidations require local low-privileged access and can consume kernel memory until service is interrupted.
