Named-pipe disclosure via diagnostic CGI path traversal

Path traversal in Nokia FastMile 3TG00118ABAD52 allows remote authenticated users to read named pipes through its web interface. The command_web_app.cgi diagnostic-ping handler passes an attacker-controlled path directly to cat.sh, which checks only that the target is a pipe before returning its contents. Any authenticated account can reach the endpoint without full administrative rights, but disclosure depends on a named pipe containing sensitive data.
