Authenticated code execution via numeric variable injection
Published Aug 17, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Remote code execution in DedeBIZ 6.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code through an administrative request. sys_info.php accepts nvarvalue as a number without verifying that it is numeric, then writes the value unquoted into an executable PHP assignment. An authenticated administrator must invoke the add-variable operation; injected PHP then runs with the web application's privileges.
