Account takeover via unchecked patient identifier

Incorrect access control in Doctor's Appointment System 1.0 allows remote attackers to change patient account details via a crafted id parameter. The patient settings workflow copies the identifier into an edit form, and edit-user.php uses the submitted value in an account update without checking a session or record ownership. Direct requests can replace another patient's email, password, name, and contact details, enabling account takeover without authentication.
