Process crash via oversized vector allocation

Resource exhaustion in Monostream tifig 0.2.2 allows local users to crash image conversion by opening a crafted HEIC file. During HEVC decoding, a vector range insertion requests an allocation of SIZE_MAX from malformed input, causing operator new to abort. Exploitation requires the crafted file to be supplied and conversion to be triggered; the demonstrated consequence is termination of the tifig process.
