Authenticated internal service probing via unchecked URLs

Blind SSRF in GLPI before 10.0.3 allows remote authenticated users to probe services through RSS feeds or external calendars. Planning::sendAddExternalForm and RSSFeed accept user-supplied URLs for server-side retrieval without validating them against an allowlist. A low-privileged account and access to a feed or external-calendar workflow are required; responses stay hidden, limiting impact to network-service discovery.
