Stored XSS via unescaped deleted attachment metadata

Stored XSS in the Index UI of affected XWiki Platform releases allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript. DeletedAttachments.xml passes the filename and other attachment-row metadata directly to Element.update without HTML escaping, causing markup in a crafted filename to enter the page DOM. Exploitation requires permission to create the crafted attachment and a user to view the deleted-attachments index, where the script runs in that user's browser context.
