Page-tag modification via missing CSRF token

CSRF in XWiki Platform 2.0-milestone-1 through 13.10.4 and 14.0 through 14.2 allows remote attackers to alter page tags. The documentTags.vm template handles add and delete requests without validating a CSRF form token before invoking tag modification APIs. An attacker must induce a user with page-editing rights to submit a crafted request; exploitation changes only tags on pages that user can edit.
