Server file disclosure via language-pack symlinks

Special element injection in OctoPrint before 1.8.3 allows remote authenticated users to disclose server files through a language pack. The language-pack upload path extracts a TAR archive containing a directory-traversing symbolic link without rejecting non-file entries, and backup creation follows that link into the archive. Administrative access is required; the resulting backup can include any file readable by the OctoPrint process.
