Code execution via PYC length integer overflow

Out-of-bounds write in Rizin 0.4.0 and earlier allows attackers to execute code when a local user opens a malicious PYC file. The get_complex_object function adds one to attacker-controlled 32-bit lengths without rejecting integer wraparound, then uses undersized heap buffers while decoding complex-number strings. Exploitation requires a user to open the crafted file, and successful memory corruption permits code execution with that user's privileges.
