Authenticated service crash via directory-valued filename_disk

Denial of service in Directus before 9.15.0 allows remote authenticated users to abort the server process through the assets API. The assets endpoint accepts a directus_files.filename_disk value that names a directory and leaves the resulting file-access exception unhandled. The account must have permission to update filename_disk; successful exploitation interrupts Directus until its process is restarted.
