Open redirect via unchecked return cookie

Open redirect in BigBlueButton Greenlight before 2.13.0 allows remote attackers to send users to an attacker-controlled site via login. The authenticator concern accepts the return_to cookie as the post-login destination without verifying that its host matches the Greenlight request host. A victim must enter the affected login flow with the crafted cookie, after which Greenlight redirects the browser off-site and enables phishing or credential theft through the destination.
