Python process crash via unknown quantization dimension

Improper input validation in TensorFlow's TFLite converter before 2.7.2, 2.8.0, and 2.9.0 allows remote attackers to crash the Python process. CastQuantizedTypeAttrFromExpressedType passes an unknown axis value to ResetAxisAndBroadcast instead of rejecting an uninferable per-axis quantization dimension. Triggering the flaw requires conversion of a model with mismatched transposed-convolution quantization axes, and the bounded result is termination of the converter's process.
