Peer crash via unchecked nested proposal fields

Improper input validation in Hyperledger Fabric 2.4.0 through 2.4.5 allows remote attackers to crash a Gateway peer with a malformed request. Gateway proposal parsing dereferences nested ChaincodeSpec and ChaincodeId fields without confirming they exist after protobuf unmarshalling. A client able to reach the peer's Gateway service can interrupt that peer process; no user interaction or prior authentication is required.
