Unauthenticated crash via missing op name

A null-pointer dereference in TensorFlow before 2.7.2 allows remote attackers to crash processing via a crafted NodeDef without an op name. The mlir::tfg::GraphDefImporter::ConvertNodeDef function constructs conversion state from node.op() without rejecting an empty value, then follows a null operation-definition path and crashes. Exploitation requires feeding a malformed graph to a process that imports GraphDef data; the consequence is service interruption without confidentiality or integrity impact.
