Service crash via incompatible tiffcrop option combination

Out-of-bounds write in LibTIFF tiffcrop 4.4.0 and earlier allows local users to crash the utility by processing a crafted TIFF file. Combining a crop-selection option such as -Z with a page-mode option makes extractImageSection copy beyond the allocated image buffer through _TIFFmemcpy. Reaching the flaw requires tiffcrop to process attacker-controlled input with the unsupported option combination; the demonstrated consequence is a process crash.
