Admin-to-server-admin escalation via datasource proxy

Privilege escalation in affected Grafana releases allows remote authenticated users to gain server-admin control through Auth Proxy. An organization admin can define a datasource that proxies requests back to the local Grafana server and supplies an X-WEBAUTH-USER header naming a server administrator, bypassing the front proxy's trust boundary. Exploitation requires an authenticated organization admin, enabled Auth Proxy, and reachable datasource proxying; success grants full instance control.
