Code injection in October CMS before 2.2.34 and 3.0.0 through 3.0.65 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code. The CMS template editor accepts a specially crafted request containing new PHP code without enforcing the cms.safe_mode restriction. Reachability requires authenticated admin-panel access, Editor-section permission, and an installation that relies on Safe Mode; injected code executes in the web application context.
