CSRF bypass via retained pre-login token

CSRF in CodeIgniter Shield 1.0.0-beta allows remote attackers to submit unintended requests from an attacker-controlled sibling subdomain. Session::startLogin retained old session data and did not force a fresh CSRF hash after login, leaving pre-login request state reusable. A victim must interact with attacker content on the controlled sibling subdomain; successful requests can alter application state but do not directly disclose data.
