Process-memory disclosure via unchecked GatherNd indices

Out-of-bounds read in Google TensorFlow before 2.7.2 and in 2.8.0 and 2.9.0 allows remote attackers to read process memory. The TensorFlow Lite reference GatherNd implementation computes from_pos from caller-controlled indices and passes params_data plus from_pos to memcpy without checking that the slice remains inside the parameter tensor. Reaching the read requires an application to evaluate a crafted TensorFlow Lite model or otherwise supply out-of-range GatherNd indices; the bounded consequence is memory disclosure or a process crash.
