Contract interruption via shared bytecode deletion

Denial of service in Evmos Ethermint 0.17.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt contracts sharing identical bytecode. DeleteAccount removes the single CodeHash-to-bytecode database entry during SELFDESTRUCT without tracking whether other contract instances still reference it. Exploitation requires deploying matching bytecode and invoking SELFDESTRUCT; transactions against every contract sharing that code then fail.
