Process abort via unbounded dataframe allocation

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Rust-WebSocket before 0.26.5 allows remote attackers to abort client or server processes. During dataframe parsing, read_dataframe allocates Vec capacity from the untrusted frame-header length without first enforcing a size limit. Exposure requires an application to accept an untrusted WebSocket connection; the synchronous implementation can abort on the declared size alone, while asynchronous exhaustion requires delivery of the oversized data.
