Server file disclosure via component path traversal

Path traversal in Snowflake Streamlit 0.63.0 through 1.11.0 allows remote attackers to read server files via crafted component URLs. ComponentRequestHandler joins the URL-derived filename to the component root without resolving or verifying the resulting path, so absolute paths, parent-directory segments, and symlinks escape that root. Exposure requires a hosted app that uses custom components, and returned data is limited to files readable by the Streamlit server process.
